In these unprecedented times it is easy to overlook some of the more simple things that facilitate everyday life in the village. As a village we have more than our fair share of small paths or roads that directly border people gardens. This can pose a problem of all in the village if our trees and shrubs are allowed to become overgrown. It could be people walking along the paths with small ones or the elderly out for a stroll or it could impact drivers dropping off children at school where they forced to move out towards the middle of the road.
Could we please ask residents to review their borders and keep this in mind. Especially if you border a narrow path or have a border that is directly adjacent to the road. On behalf of those who use the paths and road please accept our thanks for your co-operation.
